[cisco-voip] Call Forwarding

Lots of us work in higher ed.  I am familiar with Lisa's sentiment but 
fully disagree with it.  There is often a battle raging in telecom or IT 
between those who want to enable functionality and those who want to 
keep it simple so as not to confuse.  Too often the "keep it simple" 
people win because they cite the luddite professor who can't remember to 
dial 8 for an outside call.  Too bad.  I thought this was "higher ed" 
after all?

Lisa, turn on user options.  Have a department receptionist manage 
Professor Luddite's phone.  They'll catch on quickly enough; it's not 
that bad.  We turned on user options and never looked back.  In fact we 
integrated it with our web single-sign-on system.  The interface is 
actually a little more techy in 5.x+ than in 4.x but who cares.  People 
learn to use it.  They already use all kinds of strange web applications 
so what's another one?  And if people don't want to use it they don't 
have to, but they won't be able to forward secondary lines or manage 
their personal address book or change line labels or anything else.
