I don't have CCME, i want to operate the Cisco 7940 with a skinny firmware with Asterisk.

So can you please tell me how to install it by TFTP without need of CCME.

if you have CUCM just configure the phone as SCCP,  and let the phone download the firmware 


i did it yesterday for a 40 and a 60 and it worked like charm
