[cisco-voip] Attendant Console on CUCM 7.1.2 after upgrade from CCM4.1.3

Did you configure AC in CCMAdmin (upgrade doesn't configure it) and
re-install theAC software using the 6x AC client ? (Remember 7x doesn't
have any AC)

My attendant console clients are unable to gain call control of their
phones after an upgrade from CCM 4.1.3 to CUCM 7.1.2.

 

Can anyone point me in the right troubleshooting direction?  I know the
ac user should have no controlled devices, but it seems like that is the
problem.
