Yes and Yes.  I have both AC Server and CTI Manager running on all CUCM's.

Did you re-install the new AC client on their PCs? New versions of CUCM
bring new versions of AC. Also, make sure CTIManager and AC Server are both
running on the appropriate nodes.

My attendant console clients are unable to gain call control of their phones
after an upgrade from CCM 4.1.3 to CUCM 7.1.2.

 

Can anyone point me in the right troubleshooting direction?  I know the ac
user should have no controlled devices, but it seems like that is the
problem.
