[cisco-voip] Interpret CDR Search Results

Greetings,
In the results of a CDR Search by Extension, I see entries like these:

Called No Partition Dest No
Dest No Partition Last Rd No
Last Rd No Partition Media Info

CDR - CMR Dump

What do these mean? The first one I can reproduce by going off hook and
waiting for dial tone to time out. Is that all such an entry could
mean? What about the second one?
