We had the exact same problem with ATT. If your ticket is still open, during the day ask to speak with, or have it transferred to translations, and they should be able to figure it out. ATT is making us pay some extra service fee to be able to have all our DID's show. I'll check tomorrow and see what they call it on our bill.

Hi,
We purchased a PRI (Cisco 2851 Gateway) from ATT, and while testing I find out the PSAP only sees the BTN when I make a test 911 call. I called the ATT trouble line and they told me they never block the calling number and that it is configurable on each PBX.
Are they correct and is it a setting I can change to allow the PSAP to see individual DIDs?
