[cisco-voip] PSAP sees Billing Telephone Number, not DID associated with phone

NO. the reason this happens is that you have not purchased the PS-ALI
service.

With out the PS-ALI service it will default to your billing number.  Which
as an Address associated to it.

if you want your DID's to go out...... you have to have the PS-ALI service
and have setup the DID's to a location with the service.

If you're going to go that far........ I would look at CER or 911enable or
Redsky.

Otherwise....... as Cisco would say....... working as designed (by the
telcos)
