[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 7.1.2 Template for Importing Users the Caller Input set to transfer to main number

I've setup a User Template for Importing Users in Unity Connection.
I've setup a Caller Input for 0 to transfter to main number.
However I noticed that when I import User the Template isn't setting
that Caller Input. I have to go behind and manually touch each user to
set the zero out.
Bug I presume, checking Bug Toolkit.
