[cisco-voip] anybody know a good Doc for comparing contact center express and enterprise ?

IPCCx v7 supports up to 300 agents now.
If you need more, you might be better off considering multiple IPCCx installations. From what I hear, IPCC enterprise is a dog to install, maintain, etc. You also need professional services to do the work. At least IPCCx I think you can do by your self.

151 agents or more --> enterprise
you have some $$ --> express
you have lots of $$$$$$$$$$ --> enterprise
