[cisco-voip] Click to Call with Agent desktop

I don't know what kind of TAC support I will get on this so I wanted to throw it out to you guys.  I have a customer who wants to start using click to call.  We have it running fine on some people but when we go to install it on the PCs of people who are running CAD for their call center it does not show any available phones.  Is this compatible with phones that are being controlled by IPCC?  My first guess would be no, but I need some confirmation as the customer is looking to roll this out to everyone.
