[cisco-voip] ARC Connect CT Server does not start after Anti-Virus loaded.

I need some help with ARC. My customer installed Anti-Virus, and since then the ARC Connect CT server does not start. The moment we remove Anti-Virus, it starts. We have excluded the c:\ArcData folder, but it still does not work. Any other folder we need to exclude?
