[cisco-voip] UCCX not synch with Cicso QM

Hi all,

 

One of my customer has added new QM licenses in UCCX 7 but its not replicating into the QM administrative tool. I tried to Manually synchronize but it gives an error and when i look into the logs it displays

 

"ERROR FCSS-001 failed to synchronize LCC:<Call Center 1>, fcn<SPeripheral::initialize>, problem<sql failure, failed to get agents, peripheral id<pid>>, errcode<-20>"

 

I also tried to change the Side A and Side B enteries into QM CC database settings but it also doesn't accept it.

 

any help will be appreciatable.
