[cisco-voip] 7975G Background image on CUCM 7.x

I followed the documentation exactly to set a background image on a 7975G. The thumbnail images shows up fine but when I try to request the image I get a "File not found" error. I checked the syntax of the List.xml file and also reset the TFTP service but I still get the error. The Realtime RTMT trace file states the following:

9/11/2009 17:08:42.242 TFTP|TFTPEngine::processMessage[0x964cf48~11~192.168.30.20~49287], Unexpected Opcode[5] Expecting ACK Block[685], Socket[16] FileName[Desktops/320x216x16/Gray.png], th_block [0] Abort...|<CLID::StandAloneCluster><NID::NAMEOFPUBLISHER><LVL::Error><MASK::0004>

what could this error mean?
