Hi Dana

That's correct, those are the only overflow options with CUEAC. Glad you got the answer to the BLF one

Thanks

Ok so it seems that dynamic BLF for CUEAC is available in the EFT version 3.1.1.4 but not yet out for customer release.

I have another question however.

Is there a way to set an overflow timer? CUEAC seems to only has a max calls and no-operator overflow?

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUEAC BLF question

Hey guys,

With the new CU Enterprise Attendant Console is there a way to get phone status to show up automatically?

I can press “F2” to bring up the alternate numbers and it will show the phone status (on hook, in a call, etc...) but it won’t show up in the standard internal directory.

Is it because CUEAC performs a direct database lookup? Is there another fix to display the BLF status of the phone in the directory without having to press “F2”.

Thanks
Dana
