[cisco-voip] transfer call 7931 sometimes fail

Hi

 

Sometimes when the assistant try to transfer the call using the transfer
button (stand alone button) the transfer is incomplete. On the display
of the phone show the message that key is not active here when you push
transfer button to complete the transfer. The CUCM is 6.1.3 and the
firmware of the 7931 phone is 8-4-2S. Can anybody tell me what can be
the problem. The update of the CUCM from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3 was few months
ago and there was  no problem until today.
