[cisco-voip] Gigabit Ethernet cross-over adapter?

I'm quite certain that it can be used for 10, 100, and 1000, and they're
just advertising the top speed that it can handle.

When someone has configured a port to not be auto or when you have a
brain dead piece of equipment that doesn't follow the spec.
