depends on your need.  In general:

1. Software bridges - G.711 only (i.e. central site ONLY deployment).  
Native on CM server, some performance impact to CM.  Network must be 
designed for RTP streams between endpoints and CM.  The cfb hosted by 
IPVMS on CM supports up to 100 participants in a single conference.
2. Hardware bridges - G.711 or G.729.  Use for distributed deployments.  
Number of participants allowed per conference varies by the type of DSP 
used.
3. Call Center Scripts(UCCX) - Not sure what you mean here. I am not 
aware of UCCX providing conferencing resources.
