[cisco-voip] CTI to new Number

Try using a Translation Pattern instead. If you translate instead of
forward, it treats the call as if the number translated to was actually
called instead of the original number.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CTI to new Number

Group

We are switching out old phone numbers to a new number from our Telecom
Provider. I have configure CTI ports to forward old to the new. The
issue that I am having is Forward to New but then Voicemail does not
pick up. I have configured the New Mailbox Extension with a Alternate
Mailbox but it still doesn't work.

Any insights to looking into this would help.

Thanks
