Well, it helps if I look in the right place. I found it. I was looking
through the Cisco CCM help file and it stated broadcast wasn't
supported...but I see it now on the line group configuration. Thanks.

Really? I've never used 4.2, but I definitely made use of the broadcast
algorithm back when I was on 4.1(3).

I forgot to mention, I am currently running CCM 4.2(3). It doesn't have
the broadcast option. So until we upgrade, I guess it either has to be
a normal top down, etc option, or shared line.

Use a hunt group. Set the distribution algorithm on the line group to
"broadcast" so that when the manager dials the hunt pilot, all of the
line group members will ring simultaneously.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Manager to multiple lines
Hi everyone,
We have a requirement for a manager to be able to dial into a number
and when he does that it will ring on multiple desks at once. The only
ways I know to do this is either a shared line appearance, or a call
pickup group. I know that you can do a hunt group also, but I don't
think it will ring both lines at once. Is there any other way to
accomplish this?
