[cisco-voip] iLBC Transcoder... FORCE ILBC for some calls???

Ryan,
  I had mentioned to him that configuring the phone to always use a
TRP and then configuring the TRP to support the approriate codecs
might do the trick, but havent tried it yet.  the other option was
setting the region between the 6608 and the phone to 723 to force
transcoder invocation, but that seemed messy.

any comments on either solution?
