[cisco-voip] MAC address for SCCP controlled VIC3-2FXS-E/DID card

When you say it works are you talking about the router commands or
configuring in Call Manager?  What MAC did you use in Call Manager?

hmmm. works. I basically copied over my VG224 config and plugged in the MAC
of gi0/0 and it works.

now, is it supported? ;)

I don't think you can use a loopback for this. If I remember right this is
the same as setting up a transcoder / conference bridge resource and you
have to use a physical adaptor.

The MAC address you configure for SCCP traffic to bind to.

OK, silly question, what MAC address do I use when configuring a
VIC3-2FXS-E/DID with SCCP?

Is it similar to a VG248 where I use the MAC address of fas0/0?

So on a 3900, I would use the MAC address of GigabitEthernet0/0 ?

I'll try that and see how it goes.
