[cisco-voip] Can't Update User on Call Manager

Just a thought, but have you checked that the Appadmin user you are logging
into has CCMAdminsitrator rights?
I'm not sure what's in that version but in the newer versions there is an
AXL user, this user needs to be able to write to the CUCM DB.
