[cisco-voip] Can't Update User on Call Manager

Well, that's what I was thinking also. So I deleted the route point from Call Manager and tried it again from IPCC. Now it tells me it can't update the user on Call Manager. Sounds like something in the directory is broken and it can't access that jtapi user for some reason. I deleted three (3) associations from the jtapi user thinking perhaps there was a limit to the number that could be associated with it but that didn't help either. Not sure what the issue is. Guess I'll restart their entire cluster and see if that has an effect.

Jim,

Pre & ENH behave similarly in this area.

You'll need to create the trigger from UCCX, not on CUCM. It is tanking because the dn already exists on CUCM.

I'm arriving at the thread late, so I hope I understand your issue correctly.

Regards,

John

If I understand what you're saying, I configured a CTI route point directly on Call Manager. Then associated that DN with the jtapi user in the global directory. Then went to the application in IPCC and tried to add the jtapi trigger using that same DN. New message says Could not create CTI Route Point and corresponding Line on CallManager. I'm spoiled by my IPCC Express Premium which does all this automatically. This site is on IPCC Express Enhanced. Guess I'm missing a step somewhere in the process. Thank You.
