[cisco-voip] caller id

Hi
I have a user with DN 773-712-1234 on her IP phone. She is recieving a call, and her missed call log is showing 001773-712-1234. some how 001 is put in front of her number. but how is the calling number coming up with her DN?

Has anyone seen this or know what could cause the. Callis coming from pstn. via trunk gateway.
