Hi Robert,

Does the gateway have access to call the users DN? Does the GW's inbound
calling search space point to a partition that is translating the call?

Is there any translation rules on the GW itself, is it H323 or MGCP?

Maybe there is a loop to a GW device that calls the Users DN as if it was
from itself.

Do some debug's on the gateway,
debug voice dialpeer (if its H323)
debug isdn q931

Have a look at what calls are being setup check their calling and called
nubmers.

cheers,

Dan
