[cisco-voip] Questions(Simple?) about CUCM

Good afternoon. some simple questions, I hope, from someone new.
I am evaluation CUCM for our campus.

With our Cisco system, we have something called vectors. For those
that don't know what it is, it's a feature that allows decisions to be
made with an incoming call. Decisions can be made on how to process a
call based on wait time, time of day, user input, and so forth. I
haven't seen anything like that yet in the system or the two Cisco Press
books I have. Is this something that needs to be taken care of in Unity
or UCCX?

Reading the book on Shared Line appearances and from experience(I
ended up with an unprovisioned set), it seems that once I configure a
shared line appearance on a set, I can't delete it, without deleting the
DN. The book says to put the appearance in a different partition. This
seems bad to me. Is there another way?

     Thanks!

Chris...
