[cisco-voip] Questions(Simple?) about CUCM

Question 1.  I would say most full featured way to get all your asking is in
fact using UCCx.  You can fudge a little with some Voice Gateway IVR type
stuff and Unity or Unity Connection, but the best way IMHO is UCCx.

Question 2.  What are you hoping to get with shared line appearance?  all
phones ring at the same time?  if so, try a Broadcast line Group/ Huntlist.
 To remove the Shared line appearance you should be able to change the DN
and click save and reset.

Putting DN's in different partitions is not in of its self bad, it's what
you have to do in order to work on proper call routing.
