Hello group,
We are currently running CUCM 7.0.2 and 7960/7970 series IP Phones. We use EM for users to login to phones. I have created a generic user on CUCM and subscribed to personal address book feature. I have created some entries in the PAB thru CCM user page and I can see these entries on the phone.
Now my question is, how do I share this PAB with other users? I have tried to access the PAB using the generic account but it gives me an error saying “Please use EM userid and PIN”
1-login as user1 EM account --> successful
2-login as user2 PAB while user1 is still logged in with his EM account --> gives me the above error.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
Kiran
