[cisco-voip] dial-peer 0?

I understand how evil matching dial-peer 0 is for your voip call leg, and I am pretty good at getting it to match a good inbound dial-peer for outbound PSTN calls.

My question is on a analog trunk with "connection plar opx immediate 62084102" or the like, is it important to have the inbound pots dial-peer not be 0? How to you match a different inbound pots dial-peer? I remember something about seeing a caller-id of 911 when it would match a POTS dial-peer inbound.
