[cisco-voip] CDR - blank originalCalledPartyNumber?

I'm looking over our CDR for the last few months and came upon something
confusing.

 

Normally I use the two fields

callingPartyNumber

originalCalledPartyNumber

to check what calls were made and to whom.  However I have a huge number
of calls where originalCalledPartyNumber is blank.  Occasionally,
finalCalledPartyNumber will have some digits in it (as if the caller is
attempting a call but gets interrupted).

 

Is this normal?  What could be causing this?
