I think you are pointing to a different parameter...the below to set
when the user password must be changed.

Doesn't the service use the end user credential policy? I believe the
policy is set or can be set to never expire.
Credential Expires After / Never Expires -- Specify the number of days
before a credential will expire.
Enter a number in the range 1-365.To allow credentials to never expire,
enter 0 or check the Never Expires check box. Uncheck the check box to
enter a value greater than 0. Use the 0 option for low-security accounts
or multiple user accounts, for example. The default setting specifies
180.

1. there is a work around available.create the services, Personal
fastdials and Personal addressbook like IP Phone Services, like in CM4
search the list for an how-to
2. there is a session timer of 30 minutes on the pb and fd, if a
user does not use the pb/fd for more than 30- minutes they have to login
again.

Customers are logging into CCMUser and setting up Personal Directories
and Fast Dials etc.
Then when they go to the phone and press Directories and Personal
Directories it asks for their UserID and PIN which they enter via the
Telephone User Interface (TUI).
Q1. Is there a way to disable asking for the UserID or PIN?
Q2. Under what circumstances do they have to re-enter UserID/PIN ?
Reboot? Reset? Restart? Upgrades?
