[cisco-voip] ATA187 in CUCM 8.0(2)

I installed the QED file.  Under Device Defaults, the firmware version
wasn't showing up so I installed the other ATA187 cop file and now that
field is populated.  I restarted the TFTP service as well.  However, I still
can't get the ATA 187 to register to CUCM.  I've set up the switchport to be
on the voice vlan which has option 150 in DHCP to point to the CUCM
Publisher TFTP server.  Rebooted the ATA several times.  It doesn't look
like these have a web interface like the old 186's did.

Since this is a SIP device, do I need to create a Digest User to get this to
register?  If so, how do I configure this on the ATA?  Am I missing
something else?
