[cisco-voip] ATA187 in CUCM 8.0(2)

I guess these do have a web interface.  Looks similar to the old 186
interface, but you just can't change anything.

>From the web interface, I can see that all of the network settings are
correct.  The device information just says 'Registering', it shows the
firmware load and even the line 1 DN that was assigned in CUCM.  Under
status messages, it shows that it successfully got its .loads file as well
as the .cnf.xml file.  But it can't find a CTL file and says 'No CTL
Installed'.

I don't have any other SIP enabled devices on this system, all phones are
SCCP.  Is there some SIP configuration needed in CUCM to get the ATA 187 to
register?
