[cisco-voip] End User log on failed after imported from LDAP to CUCM

Check that the user you have used to sync/auth with LDAP is still
working "this user should have credentials to never expires"

Add a random user on LDAP and make sure that it got replicate to CUCM
tom make sure that replication is working normally.

Hi, they have both ccm admin phone n user along with end user group
assigned.  They were able to log on before.
