[cisco-voip] IP Communicator over VPN problem with windows 7

What version of CM?  are you running Secure mode?

What is at the head end of the VPN?  ASA, Pix, VPN Concentrator?  What
version?

What version of VPN Client?  32 bit or 64 bit?

Is the IPC client set to use the Nic or the VPN interface?
