I would double check your clocking..
Do you have other PRI's in this gateway?
What do you have for your network-clock-select and network-clock-participate commands?

Outbound calls also don't work. I forgot I had them going out an alternate site's PRI.
Doing a sho controller shows all kinds of errors: line code violations, slips, errored secs, bursty err secs, etc. Log shows the serial interface 0/0/0:23 up but all the serial 0/0/0:1 - 22 to be down. This was after I reset the GW the morning.
Sound like a telco problem? I have ticket in.
Thanks
jef

Greetings,
We have a site with a PRI and we have MGCP gateways configured. Inbound calls give a slow busy. Outbound calls are OK. Interface is up up. GW is registered. After a shut no shut on the port and GW reset, port comes up and GW registers just fine. Then I get an RTMT Mgcp D channel out of service.
I'm thinking this is a telco problem? Is there anything I should be doing on my end?
Thanks
jeff
