[cisco-voip] TCL auto attendant problem - Could not create IVR prompt

Dear All,

I'm trying to use C2811 to perform AA function with TCL script. But when
dialing into the PSTN number, the voice prompt didn't come up and there is
some error msg when using debug:
Jan  1 04:58:41.591: %IVR_MSB-3-NOPROMPT: Could not create IVR prompt
  flash:/en_welcome.au
  errno=0=Unsupported number of channels

My IOS version: c2800nm-entservicesk9-mz.124-24.T2.bin
