[cisco-voip] problem with ISDN and H323

Hi, i wish you a better year than 2009.
I have a problem with the following configuration. please help!!!!!!!!1
PSTN -----> PBX (Nortel) --ISDN---> RTR 2821 ----->CallManager -----> IPPHONE
I make a call form PBX to IPPHONE, i hear the ring, answered the call, but in the router the call is droped with user no answer.
