You shouldnt need the FWD routing rule, delete the rule you created.
Put the DTMF access ID on the CH so that it matches that, make sure you have
no greetings setup and use the standard transfer.
transfer to an extension and release to switch.
Are you hearing the system greeting or a personal greeting?
Sounds like your call handler is not setup correctly, possible that your
alternate transfer is setup but not enabled. The standard transfer is always
on (enabled) so its the one transfering to greetings by default.
