[cisco-voip] [OSL | CCIE_Voice] ipphone does not looking for List.xml

Hi guys,

thanx for advices.

two things helped me:

1- I have to go to background page of the phone to make phone request for
List.xml
2- restarting the router makes TFPT works properly.
