IP/IVR 7.0(1)SR5

Turns out switching to SideB IP/IVR resolved the issue, they plan to reboot SideA IP/IVR after hours tonight.

What IVR is in use? UCCE isn't processing any DTMF commands by itself - if the IVR platform is CVP I'd start looking at SIP side DTMF negotiation issues and how DTMF is being handled on the SIP side based on whether the origination is from sccp or mgcp.

When using MGCP PRI T1/CallManager 7.1(3) with Unified Contact Center Enterprise 7.5, are there are particular MGCP DTMF commands I should be using?

I have a script that works when I call the Route Point directly from a 7961 phone (uses SCCP for dtmf), but calls coming in MGCP gateway the DTMF menu choices don't work. The prompt is interrupted when I choose a DTMF menu option, but the prompt just loops.
