[cisco-voip] Transfer to CTI

It's not working because Unity is seeing the Original called number as the
phone that you forwarded. Call Forward all retains the original called
number. It is working as designed. You could try and create a new VM
profile that will forward the digits 12489 to Unity....but I have had mixed
reviews on doing that.
