It's not working because Unity is seeing the Original called number as the phone that you forwarded. Call Forward all retains the original called number. It is working as designed. You could try and create a new VM profile that will forward the digits 12489 to Unity....but I have had mixed reviews on doing that.

OK, I have created a 10 new voicemail ports with the pilot of 12489. I call it and have created a new tree I can call this number and I get everything I wanted.
Now I forward a phone to 12489 and it does not work.
I created a new translation patter of 12488, that translates to 12489. Call 12488 it works, call forward all on a phone to 12488 , No Joy! Will not go to the call tree, it asks for an extension number!
What am I doing wrong here?

Setup an Alternate greeting and set the recording to blank. Send caller to greeting for the call tree that you would like.

The System call handler works without an issue if you call it normally, but they have people out today and want to forward all calls to a new call tree. It is not forwarding to the call tree, but leaving the message on the voicemail. Which they do not want!
Thanks for the help

If you are using a Call Handler set the extension it the same as the CTI Route point.
Thanks,

So how would I solve this issue? Any thoughts? Should I setup this line as a voicemail port? I am not sure what to do at this point.

If the CTI RP is forwarding all calls to Unity, then it would hit the phones mailbox because that is the original called number.

I am trying to forward some phones to a CTI route point. When I call the phone it will not forward to the CTI route point, but instead goes to the phones mail box? How do I solve this so that it forwards to the CTI route point.
The CTI Route point is actually a phone tree on Unity conn.,
