[cisco-voip] Transfer to CTI

This will apply to all your VM calls, so it will change the behaviour of
where voicemails end up in the case of users forwarding phones to each
other. May or may not be desirable depending on your scenario. But most
systems I have dealt with, usually prefer to drop the VM into the original
called number, rather than the device / phone that forwarded it last.

One of the guys mentioned VM profile, with the mask set to the number of the
call handler. That is a perfectly legit solution, and will accomplish what
you want without changing the whole system behaviour.

Cheers,

Tim.
