[cisco-voip] [ASK] make optional script

dear all,

i'm confuse to make this case script

BUSY:
"i'm sorry, all agent is busy, press 9 to wait or 0 for operator asistance."


and 

i'm use CRS EDITOR 4.2.

how to make that script anyway, and does anyone have a sample when user try to 
call
to extention and when busy or invalid IVR will respond like my case script?
