[cisco-voip] MLPP anyone ?

I have a customer who is using it for an odd work-around.

The receptionist is a bit adverse to change and wanted some functionality that her old NEC supported.
She wanted the ability to call extensions that were CallFwdAll to voicemail (because she knows the person is at their desk but for some reason has a call fwd to voicemail to avoid calls).

I'm using MLPP to over-ride this function to ring on the phone instead of going to voicemail. It's not being used to take precedence on a trunk or anything like it was designed for.

Cheers
Dana

IS anybody out there using MLPP on either callmanager or CME in production. If you are using it, what criteria do you use for preemption.

I understand DoD uses it but trying to see if anybody is using it on the Commercial / Enterprise front.
