dear all,
i just try with call consult transfer, but the output number is random trigger
number?
and the second is after "timeout" the IVR said "you have enterd an invalid phone
number" and then it will back to my main menu.
did you have any solution for this problem?
i'm still confuse with IVR,
i just read from cisco about IVR scripting but it still doesn't help much.
thanks for your help
Regards,

The call redirect step is working as designed. The success branch simply means
the transfer happened without error, not that someone actually answered the
call.
You could replace the call redirect step with the call consult transfer step,
which gives you the option to specify a timeout. If the call is not answered
within the timeout period, you will be able to handle the call accordingly.
