[cisco-voip] Auto login IP Phone Agent

Ed, 
I have the variables as stated, but the strange thing is when I select the service I get: 
ID 
Password 
Extension 




Tried to use this in the service definition, but no success

I have used this with UCCX 4 up to 7 so far with no problems. 

Make sure the ID, Ext, Pwd variables are exactly how they appear in 
the doc, I think they might be case sensitive.Might just have one of 
them off and so it re-prompts for the login. 

If you want to really make it easy for them and have enough buttons, 
you can also setup service buttons for "ready" etc as well. they are 
just calls to URL with different parameters.
