On Cisco.com there is a document titled Cisco CME Basic Automatic Call Distribution and Cisco Unity Express Auto Attendant Interoperation Configuration Example Document ID: 67907, is this document outdated?

For example is app−b−acd−2.1.0.0.tcl going to run under CME/CUE 8x ? Where do I download this TCL script from?

Customer is using centralized UCCX 7.0(1)SR5 and has Agents at a remote site along with the incoming PRI (this is not my design) and event of a WAN failure they were recommended to “Configure CME Basic ACD (B-ACD) to support 10 agents with up to (2) queues (This system will be active during WAN outage only)”

Anyone done this lately and have any input ? I don’t do much work with CME/CUE, prefer the full blown products.
