[cisco-voip] CUCM Upgrade Tool

So it's changed?  the media for an upgrade from 6.1 to 7.1 can be
downloaded?  and only the PAK is needed via the PUT tool?

If this is true, is Cisco looking at a electronic version of the PUT Tool
rather then waiting weeks for a piece of paper?
